The GUIDE & Map, Anchor Guesthouse & Sunshine Italian
I was commissioned by the local proprietor of a successful hospitality group to research and produce copy for a run of free brochures they were planning to distribute as part of their local marketing, and I was asked to write detailed but short paragraphs for 25 beaches close to their main beachside HQ. A short run of about 2,000 copies was originally set to be produced.
Throughout the scope of the brief, the client's needs changed a few times, once the first drafts of the copy had been delivered. They were so happy with the overall quality of work, they widened the scope of the project and submitted a list of just over 100 locations they wanted to include in the free brochure.
They also increased their initial print run from 2,000 copies to 10,000 upon completion, and in just two years, over 70,000 leaflets have been produced and distributed, with the brochure still in print.

QUALITY ANNUAL SALES BROCHURES
In so many of my roles in travel, I have produced numerous sales materials, including annual sales brochures. Brochure design needed to be innovative, and it's constantly changing to include new properties, remove redundant or changeable content, and work to promote not only the business assets but also the area, to round out the destination marketing, and thus making the direct business propositions more appealing.
These brochures took their time to put together, and often would span the course of 4-6 months of work, digital design and client, customer and B2B relationship management was required to put the project together, as well as a huge amount of copywriting, checking and research.
These were then distributed via large-scale postage efforts and CRM management throughout the year, as well as being available digitally.
